Hudaydah Port Vessels Cleared
The Saudi-led coalition has cleared four fuel ships to dock at Yemen’s Red Sea port of Hudaydah on Wednesday. The move came after the Houthi movement said it would agree to a Saudi ceasefire only if an air and sea blockade were lifted.
AstraZeneca Shot New Trials
After facing accuracy questions, AstraZeneca issued updated phase three trial data for its Covid-19 vaccine on Wednesday. The new reports showed the vaccine to be 76% effective against symptomatic cases of the virus and 100% effective against severe symptoms and hospitalization. No safety concerns were identified during the trials.

Efforts to Free Stuck Ship
The Japanese company owning the container ship stuck in the Suez Canal apologized on Thursday and said it is working on solving the issue, confirming that the ship’s delinquency did not result in injuries or oil leakage. Efforts to float the 400-meter ship resumed today as five tug boats dragged it into deeper waters, according to ship-tracking data.
